Technical Accounting Manager | Global Infrastructure & Real Estate

A leading global infrastructure and real estate organization is seeking a Technical Accounting Manager to join its high-performing corporate finance team. This is a key role responsible for supporting complex accounting matters, driving technical policy, and ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting standards in a fast-paced, public company environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Research and interpret U.S. GAAP guidance to support technical accounting positions.

• Prepare and review technical accounting memos on complex transactions, including leases, revenue, acquisitions, and joint ventures.

• Assist with the implementation of new accounting standards and internal controls.

• Partner with external auditors and internal stakeholders during quarterly and annual reporting cycles.

• Monitor emerging accounting developments and advise leadership on potential impact.

• Support internal training on accounting policies and procedures.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA required.

• 6+ years of progressive experience, including public accounting and/or a technical accounting role in a public company.

• Deep knowledge of U.S. GAAP, with hands-on experience preparing technical memos and addressing complex accounting issues.

• Experience in a global or multi-entity environment is preferred.

• Strong communication and analytical skills, with the ability to explain technical matters clearly to non-accounting stakeholders.
