About the Position:

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our growing People team. In this role you will play a key role in growing the VideaHealth team, responsible for managing end to end recruitment processes for technical positions, ensuring we attract and retain top-tier talent who are a strong culture fit. The ideal candidate is someone who has a strong background in sourcing technical talent and is eager to contribute to a fast growing startup.

This opportunity is based in our Boston office on a hybrid work schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full cycle recruitment with a focus on technical positions
  • Partner with hiring managers and leadership team to build and implement hiring strategies
  • Source, attract and engage top talent through creative and effective sourcing strategies
  • Interview candidates to assess qualifications, experience and culture fit
  • Coordinate and manage interview processes, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience
  • Maintain and optimize our applicant tracking system to ensure accurate reporting
  • Assist with other talent initiatives as they arise!

About You:

  • 2+ years of experience in sourcing or full cycle recruitment, ideally in a fast paced startup environment
  • Proven track record of successfully filling technical roles
  • Strong sourcing skills with experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization
  • Experience supporting people operations or HR initiatives is a plus
  • Ability to commute to our Boston HQ on a hybrid schedule
