Five Star Bath Solutions , a premier brand of Five Star Franchising, is seeking a proactive and business savvy Marketing Success Specialist. Your role will be supporting national corporate marketing initiatives and helping franchise owners with local marketing needs and requests.

Through our proprietary software, Five Star Bath Solutions professionals deliver detailed estimates for bath and shower renovation projects. We believe in setting the industry standard for how projects are estimated, installed, and completed. We are rapidly opening new territories and growing our team.

Five Star Franchising is headquartered in Springville, Utah and is one of the fastest growing home service portfolio franchise companies with seven brands and 600+ franchisee locations across the United States and Canada. We are rapidly acquiring franchising companies acquiring five brands in less than two years with more brands in the pipeline. Five Star Franchising is unique in that it provides its franchise partners with the tools and support required to maximize entrepreneurial potential in growing a franchise business.

Requirements


  • Train and guide Franchisees through the Marketing Mix with expert recommendations on performance metrics.
  • Respond to and manage franchisee marketing collateral requests.
  • Drive, develop, and execute digital marketing strategies tailored to promote bathroom remodeling in each assigned market.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to create and implement scalable integrated marketing campaigns that resonate with homeowners and drive engagement.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to our marketing initiatives, such as lead generation, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs, with an eye toward PROFIT.
  • Develop marketing plans and budgets, track and optimize marketing results for each franchise owner - monitor and report franchisee marketing performance to identify new or underutilized growth opportunities.
  • Assist with the planning and execution of national Five Star Bath Solutions sponsorships and events.


Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field OR equivalent work experience.
  • You are not scared to take a phone call, join a video call, or talk to someone in person when they are in need. You are enthusiastic and will put people first with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing best practices tailored to the home services industry, including keyword research, local SEO, and content optimization.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and coordinate with internal teams and external partners.
  • Creative thinker that is passionate about staying ahead of industry trends and exploring innovative marketing strategies tailored to the home services sector.
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights to drive business growth in the home services industry.
  • Lifelong learner. You know you dont know it all yet.

A Specialist must have excellent communication skills whether it's for pitching new franchise owners or reviewing metrics and analytics.
