What You’ll Do Lead the recruitment process for Registered Dietitians – from posting jobs and marketing openings to interviewing and making offers Develop creative advertising & sourcing strategies (social media, job boards, career fairs, etc.) Serve as the face of NutraCo – building relationships with candidates, universities, and professional networks Maintain our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate, timely candidate updates Collaborate with clinical and client service teams to ensure hiring needs are met quickly and effectively Qualifications Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field Experience: 3+ years in recruitment/talent acquisition (healthcare or hard-to-fill roles preferred) Skilled with ATS platforms, Salesforce, Indeed, and other sourcing tools Strong grasp of employment laws and recruiting best practices Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Proven ability to manage multiple positions and meet hiring goals (minimum 5 hires/month, goal 10) Perks & Benefits Competitive salary + performance metrics bonus 401(k) retirement plan Health, Dental, and Vision insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) Hybrid schedule for work-life balance Your Impact As a Recruiter at NutraCo, you’re not just filling jobs – you’re helping improve patient care nationwide.
