As a Personal Assistant, you will be responsible for managing schedules, organizing documents, and ensuring that daily operations run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Manage calendars and schedule appointments for team members
Assist in the organization and maintenance of files and documents
Prepare and distribute correspondence on behalf of the team
Coordinate meetings, including planning logistics and taking minutes
Conduct research and compile information as needed for projects
Handle incoming calls and inquiries in a professional manner
Requirements & Qualifications
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
High level of discretion and confidentiality
