We are seeking a strategic minded and dynamic leader for our Senior Vice President of R&D Hardware position. You will be responsible for leading high-performing hardware engineering teamsincluding Firmware, Electrical, Mechanical, and other R&D supportfocused on CGM and sensor technologies. In this role, you will report to the Chief Technology Officer and be entrusted to develop and execute both short- and long-term engineering strategies aligned with Dexcoms mission, ensuring timely, budget-conscious, and high-quality product delivery. As a leader of the function, you will be working collaboratively across internal and external stakeholders to enhance product development outcomes.
