What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the primary point of contact and case consultant for clients on e-discovery projects
- Discover and interpret the needs of clients, consulting on proper methodologies
- Manage internal processes to achieve client goals by liaising with process managers
- Monitor the work of Client Services team members to ensure client needs are met
- Report on project and team information to the Regional Client Services Manager

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years experience in an e-discovery environment
- Experience with multiple processing and hosting platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple processes
- Proven ability to work well in a team-based environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Industry qualifications such as Relativity Certified Administrator or Relativity Certified Administrator Analytics Expert
- Strong problem-solving ability and adaptability
- Availability to work extended hours as needed during peak project loads
- Ability to communicate complex technical solutions to non-technical audiences
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
