Your Role as a Dental Assistant

  • Assist endodontists chairside during root canals, retreatments, and surgical procedures
  • Prepare operatories and sterilize instruments according to OSHA standards
  • Capture and process digital x-rays for diagnostic accuracy
  • Maintain a clean, organized workspace and manage supply inventory
  • Provide patient education on post-procedure care and ensure comfort throughout each visit
  • Support the front office and ensure a seamless patient experience

What We’re Looking For

  • High school diploma or equivalent (required)
  • Dental Assistant certification or completion of a CODA-accredited program (preferred)
  • DANB CDA, ICE, RHS, and CPR certifications (preferred)
  • Minimum of 1 year of dental assisting experience (specialty experience a plus)
  • Excellent communication skills, professionalism, and a team-first mindset
