Position Summary:
Responsible for the safe operations of delivery trucks, ensuring effective communication with dispatch,
jobsites, and vendors, and securely loading cargo. Must adhere to traffic laws and follow deliver schedules

Essential Functions:

• Safe operation of delivery trucks.
• Effective communication with dispatch, jobsites, and vendors.
• Safely securing cargo.
• Maintain truck logs when required
• Vehicle safety inspections.
• Knowledge and compliance of DOT regulations.
• Loading and unloading trucks.
• Timely delivery of material of jobs.
• Pick up from/Delivery to vendors.
• Maintain clean vehicle.

Additional Job-Related Duties:

• Comply with federal and state law, regulations, and all company rules.
• Participate in online and in-person training and other educational opportunities to develop knowledge, skills, and abilities.
• Any other job-related activities requested by immediate supervisor

Education/Experience Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of one (1) to two (2) years of relevant experience is required.
• Valid drivers license and clean driving record.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to complete various activities in the facility that may require hours of lifting, standing, and carrying.
• Must be able to move up to 50lbs at a time.

Working Conditions:

• Extended periods of driving on the road
• This position may require a flexible schedule, and periodic overtime as needed.
