Integrated Operations Technician 2286BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Integrated Operations Technicianfor an opportunity at Minneapolis, MNPosition Title: Integrated Operations TechnicianLocation: Minneapolis, MNAnticipated Start Date: 07/14/2025Please note this is the target date and it is subject to change. BCforward will send official notice ahead of a confirmed start date.Expected Duration: 12+ MonthsJob Type: Full Time (>%3D40 HRS WEEKLY) - CONTRACT - ONSITEPay Range: $21/hr to $23/hr Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).Job Responsibilities: Operate equipment safely and efficiently, adhering to food and workplace safety protocols, including risk assessments. Conduct basic quality and analytical tests (e.g., moisture analysis using NIR, temperature checks). Set up, disassemble, and sanitize equipment following COHE procedures and safety guidelines. Troubleshoot basic issues and support core operations such as mixing, grinding, and packaging. Adapt and assist across different teams and platforms as needed. Safely lift, manipulate, and transport equipment or ingredients up to 55 lbs. repeatedly. Required Qualifications: High School Diploma required; Associate degree (2-year) preferred. 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing, food production, or a related technical field. Comfortable working in varying temperature environments (warm, cool, or refrigerated). Strong communication and collaboration skills. Basic computer skills (Office Suite, production systems). Solid understanding of food safety and equipment safety protocols. Must be able to wear the required PPE, including steel-toe boots. Comfortable working around common allergens (milk, eggs, wheat, peanuts, etc.).
