About The Role This is an individual contributor (IC) position for a mid-level designer who is passionate about solving complex UX problems and committed to growing from good to great through continuous improvement in craft, curiosity, and collaboration. Key Responsibilities Design and deliver intuitive, scalable user experiences for complex technical workflows across enterprise IT, developer tools, or security products, ensuring usability and clarity for technical users. Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and other designers to translate product requirements and user needs into wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes. Contribute to and help evolve our component-based design system, ensuring consistency and scalability across the product suite while advocating for design best practices. Drive the end-to-end UX design process, from discovery and ideation through user testing and final implementation, while navigating ambiguity and exploring innovative design paradigms. Take ownership of your work and continuously iterate based on feedback and data, while actively engaging in team critiques, sharing learnings, and contributing to a collaborative, growth-minded design culture. Basic Qualifications 3–5 years of experience designing intuitive, scalable UX for complex technical workflows, ideally in enterprise IT, developer tools, or security products. Strong visual and interaction design skills, with a sharp eye for clarity, structure, and systems thinking. Experience working with or contributing to robust, component-based design systems. Comfortable navigating ambiguity and exploring new design paradigms and interaction patterns. A growth mindset: you’re eager to deepen your skills, refine your craft, and evolve as a designer. A collaborative spirit: open to feedback, iterative in approach, and energized by remote distributed teamwork. A sense of ownership: you’re self-directed, thoughtful, and focused on delivering real impact. A strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end UX work, visual design skills, and the ability to solve complex problems. Preferred Qualifications Experience with AI-powered workflows, CLI/API interfaces, or observability/security dashboards. Familiarity with Lean UX, agile product development, and experimentation practices. Salary Range $110,000-$145,000 USD + Benefits This role will work out of Santa Clara, California.
