Key Responsibilities:
Guide students through their HESI exam preparation with tailored resources, practice materials, and expert advice.
Offer personalized support to help students master challenging topics and enhance their understanding of nursing concepts.
Foster an encouraging and motivating online learning environment that helps students stay focused and confident.
Collaborate with a passionate team to continuously improve study plans and prep materials.
Leverage online platforms and technology to create engaging and effective study sessions.
Maintain open communication with students, parents, and colleagues to track progress and offer timely updates.

What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in nursing education or exam prep, specifically for the HESI exam.
Strong understanding of nursing principles and HESI exam content.
Exceptional communication skills for engaging with students, parents, and team members.
Comfort and proficiency with using online teaching tools and platforms.
Ability to provide consistent support in a virtual setting.
Excellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail.

Position Details:
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected Hours: 40 hours per week
