About the Role:

Responsible for developing, implementing, and conducting training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge within the organization.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Include the following, but other duties may be assigned.

  • Design and create training programs tailored to the needs of the organization in collaboration with the Human Resources and department heads.
  • Identify departmental training needs based on surveys, performance metrics, and employee feedback to determine skill gaps.
  • Coordinate and facilitate training sessions, including scheduling and organization of various trainings including new hire orientations and departmental specific trainings.
  • Maintain accurate records of training activities, participant progress, and outcomes to ensure compliance and track development.

QUALIFICATION STANDARDS:

Education and Experience :

  • An associate’s degree in human resources, education, or related field; or at least three years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent time management skills, public speaking skills, problem-solving skills and both verbal and written communication skills are essential for effectively conveying information and engaging participants.
  • Ability to manage multiple training programs simultaneously, ensuring timely execution and adherence to schedules.
  • Proficiency in word processing and presentation software and ability to operate media equipment such as projectors and personal computers.
  • Knowledge about traditional and modern training methods and techniques.
