Responsibilities

1. Lead team of 15 to 30 hourly associates with varying levels of experience and education
2. Responsible for people and team development, quality performance, cost, service and safety
3. Develop individuals and the team to solve operational issues
4. Motivate the team to achieve performance targets
5. Organize and facilitate team meetings to achieve continuous improvement process
6. Coach team members to use the process and facilitate problem solving on the floor
7. Job level will vary based on experience and scope of role
8. Develop team to solve day-to-day operational issues and reach short & long term performance goals
9. Communicate cross-functionally to assist team to solve operational issues
10. Motivate team members to achieve plan goals
11. Organize and facilitate work team meetings (examples: pre-shift, roundtables, etc.)
12. Solve daily operational issues
13. Administer corrective actions, policies and practices
14. Initiate and implement projects
15. Conduct presentations and formal training programs
16. Improve team communication and engagement
17. Achieve key performance metrics to drive business success
18. Think quickly, creatively and challenge team to do the same
19. Analytical, troubleshooting and problem solving skills
20. Strong organizational skills
21. Leadership and management skills
22. Highly motivated, self starter
23. Strong verbal and written communication skills
24. Computer literacy needed to work with software packages such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint

Compensation and Benefits

• The expected compensation range for this position is between $76,400 - $127,850.
• Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
• Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 10% of annual salary paid out annually.
• Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required (Engineering preferred, but not required)
• Ability to work flexible, off-shift schedules (2nd: 3pm-11pm/3rd: 11pm-7am flex)
• Authorized to work in United States on a permanent basis
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Willingness to work off shifts, weekends, & holidays
• Must pass a drug screen and background investigation
