As a Senior NetSuite Consultant, You will be accountable for:

• Lead end-to-end NetSuite implementations, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Translate complex business processes into scalable NetSuite solutions and recommend best-practice approaches.
• Configure dashboards, workflows, forms, saved searches, and reports to meet client needs.
• Facilitate workshops, demos, training sessions, and client communications throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee data preparation, migration planning, mapping, and validation.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards, follow methodology, and align with agreed scope.
• Identify risks and issues early and work with internal and client stakeholders to resolve them.
• Serve as the primary functional advisor for assigned clients, guiding decision-making and solution direction.

Leadership & People Management

• Provide direction and oversight to consultants during project delivery.
• Mentor and coach team members on functional design, configuration standards, documentation quality, and client management.
• Lead workstreams or small project teams, managing task delegation, prioritization, and accountability.
• Offer structured feedback to support skill growth and performance improvement for teammates.
• Act as a functional escalation point for teammates and clients during delivery.
• Contribute to improving internal delivery methodology, templates, and best practices.

We Hope You Have:

• 4+ years of hands-on NetSuite consulting experience, delivering end-to-end implementations across multiple modules.
• Strong understanding of core ERP business processes, including Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, or related domains.
• Proven experience leading implementations or owning major project workstreams, with accountability for solution quality and outcomes.
• Demonstrated leadership capability, including performance review, mentoring, coaching, and guiding consultants during project delivery.
• Excellent client-facing skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly, influence decisions, and build trusted relationships.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills, with a structured, detail-oriented approach.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform effectively in a fast-paced consulting environment while maintaining high delivery standards.

Preferred but Not Required

• Experience with Advanced PDF.
• Business Process Improvement experience.
• Familiarity with cloud-based integration platforms (e.g., Celigo).
• NetSuite SuiteFoundation and/or Administrator certifications.
