As an Access Control professional with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents and maintain a secure environment within a dynamic chemical and petrochemical location. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $15.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon10:00 AM - 06:00 PMThur06:00 AM - 06:00 PM What You’ll Do: Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise Responsibilities: Monitor and control access to the location by verifying identification and credentials of personnel, visitors, and contractors in accordance with site-specific procedures. Provide customer service by addressing questions, giving directions, and assisting personnel and/or visitors as needed while upholding security-related protocols. Respond to incidents and critical situations at the location in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures. Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access and to observe for any unusual conditions or security-related concerns. Document and report all security-related incidents, observations, and activities according to Allied Universal and site-specific policies. Collaborate with site staff and local authorities as directed to support security-related operations in the chemical and petrochemical environment. Participate in ongoing training and drills related to emergency preparedness and site procedures.
