Responsibilities

As the General Manager, you will oversee all aspects of our location’s operations. Your key duties will include:

  • Operational Leadership

    • Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
    • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food quality standards.
  • Staff Management

    • Recruit, train, and develop a strong, capable team.
    • Create a positive work environment that fosters teamwork and collaboration.
    • Provide consistent coaching and feedback to maintain high performance.
  • Customer Experience

    • Monitor and maintain outstanding customer satisfaction levels.
    • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues quickly to ensure loyalty.
  • Financial Management

    • Develop and execute strategies to achieve financial goals, including cost control and revenue growth.
    • Track and analyze key financial metrics such as labor costs, food costs, and sales performance.
  • Problem Solving & Innovation

    • Identify operational challenges and implement practical solutions to drive success.
    • Adapt to changing business needs and optimize processes for efficiency.

Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should bring the following experience and skills:

  • Proven leadership experience, preferably in the quick-service or restaurant industry.
  • Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including inventory, scheduling, and quality control.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to inspire and lead a team.
  • A customer-first mindset with a constant focus on improving the guest experience.
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills to address business challenges and opportunities effectively.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with basic financial statements and budgeting is strongly preferred.
