This is a full-time nights position at one of the busiest and most advanced women's hospitals in Texas, offering a dynamic and supportive environment for Labor & Delivery nurses ready to grow their careers. Base pay range $89,000.00/yr - $130,000.00/yr Requirements Graduate of an accredited School of Professional Nursing (BSN preferred). Current State of Texas RN license or compact license to practice professional nursing. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required. Additional certifications may be required depending on unit needs. Minimum of 1-1.5 years of Labor & Delivery nursing experience preferred. Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans, including discharge and transfer planning. Maintain accurate and thorough documentation in medical records. Mentor and precept less experienced nurses to support professional development. Participate in ongoing quality improvement initiatives and uphold regulatory and professional standards.
