Dental Receptionist – Bilingual (Spanish)
Salary: $21.00 – $24.00 per hour (Depending on experience)
Requirements to apply
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
• Minimum 1 year of recent experience in a general dental office
• Knowledge of Denti-Cal, PPO, HMO, OSHA, and HIPAA
• Familiarity with general office procedures and LA County eligibility systems
• Strong oral and written communication skills
Preferred experience
• Dental Assistant experience preferred (if DA, must hold DA diploma, X-Ray, Infection Control, and BLS/CPR certifications)

Full-time front office role supporting patient access, eligibility screenings, and financial certifications while ensuring efficient and friendly reception services.
Monday–Friday schedule with occasional Saturdays (weekday off provided if Saturday is worked).
Job Overview
We’re seeking a bilingual Dental Receptionist to join our team in Palmdale. In this role, you will manage patient scheduling, conduct eligibility screenings, review medical documentation, and ensure proper records and forms are maintained. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and experienced in dental office operations.
Responsibilities include:
• Scheduling appointments by phone and in person
• Screening patients for eligibility and certification
• Reviewing charts for eligibility or re-certification
• Ensuring required patient forms and cards are up to date
• Logging patient information accurately
• Completing required forms and reports (Encounter, Certification, Billing)
• Maintaining compliance with all clinic procedures
