Position Summary We’re looking for driven, people‑focused Real Estate Agents to serve the Northern Kentucky market. This is an independent contractor role with unlimited income potential and complete flexibility—full time, part time, or side hustle. There is no on‑site requirement , but you’ll have full access to our Florence and Cold Spring offices for training, support, and workspace whenever you want. You’ll help clients buy, sell, and rent homes while managing your own schedule, business growth, and brand—with the full backing of Sibcy Cline’s tools, training, and marketing power.
