Build robust data models and implement advanced DAX calculations to support business intelligence needs and decision-making. Conduct in-depth analysis of reinsurance data (e.g., underwriting, claims, financials) to identify key trends, risks, and opportunities. Provide data-driven recommendations to stakeholders and contribute to strategy development based on analytical findings. Collaborate with internal business users to gather and translate reporting and analytics requirements into scalable technical solutions. Integrate data from various systems and ensure consistent, clean, and accurate data flows into Power BI platforms. Develop and maintain ETL processes and data pipelines that support the reporting infrastructure. Troubleshoot, enhance, and optimize existing Power BI reports and dashboards to ensure continued alignment with business needs.
