Job Description
SUMMARY OF POSITION
The PLC Programmer writes PLC programs, OIT programs, and software control descriptions for controlling various water and/or wastewater processes. This is the ideal role for an Automation Engineer with a passion for analysis, design, programming, debugging and modification of programmable logic for such applications.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
EDUCATION, SKILLS AND/OR ABILITIES REQUIRED
Minimum Experience : 3-7 Years related experience
Degree Required : Bachelor’s degree in computer science/engineering/technology/Control System or equivalent work experience.
Abilities Required : This candidate must have working knowledge of multiple PLC software including but not limited to the following: PLC Programming (Allen Bradley, Modicon, Siemens, Schneider Electric)
SPECIAL NOTES ON POSITION : Solid understanding of water and wastewater processes is key for this role.
