Job Title: Maintenance Parts Room Clerk

Location: Baltimore, MD

Type: Full-Time, Onsite

Overview:

Seeking a detail-oriented Parts Room Clerk to manage inventory, issue parts to mechanics, and maintain an organized parts room. This role supports daily shop operations and ensures timely availability of parts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, verify, and log parts against purchase orders
• Issue and record parts to mechanics via computer system
• Organize, label, and shelve inventory
• Track and notify supervisors of needed supplies
• Conduct daily spot counts and assist with periodic inventory
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the parts room
• Work Monday–Friday with occasional Saturdays

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1–3 years of inventory management experience preferred
• Familiarity with AS400 and willingness to learn Microsoft D365
• Strong communication and ability to work independently under pressure
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and flexible schedule
