We are looking for a Music Teacher for a Bilingual School based in Shenzhen. This is a full-time position starting from the upcoming academic year in August 2025. About the schoolBilingual school based in Shenzhen’s Nanshan district. It is the first K9 bilingual IB School established by an education group headquartered in Hong Kong. The school integrates two independent yet complementary educational philosophies. It offers immersive bilingual education - one teacher, one language. All students will be taught by two class teachers, one specializing in Mandarin Chinese and the other in English. Job responsibilitiesProvide a well-rounded Music education to primary and middle school students (Grade 1 to Grade 9) in an IB frameworkPrepare lessons and lectures, tutoring techniques, designing and correcting assessments, and writing report comments Collaborate with fellow co-teachers to enhance and refine the school's curriculumAssess and monitor students’ progress and provide targets so that all learners can succeed and improveAny other related duties assigned by the school Job RequirementsAt least Bachelor’s DegreePast teaching experience in the relevant subjectWillingness or demonstrated track record in learning and practicing new pedagogy Salary and benefitsMonthly Salary of 20,000 to 30,000 RMB commensurate with experience and qualificationsMonthly housing allowance of 8,000 to 10,000 RMBTuition Remission for dependent childrenPerformance Bonus:10% of the total Net Salary of the contract, upon successful completion of this contractAnnual Flight AllowancePersonal Medical Insurance48 Days of paid holiday4 Paid Sick Days and 1 Paid Mental Health & Wellness Leave
