Salary: $50,000 - $70,000 per year
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Development of detailed 3D SolidWorks models for custom sanitary piping designs tailored to the requirements of the biotechnology, food, and pharmaceutical industries.
- Collaboration with project managers and engineers to conform to design specifications and project schedules.
- Production of accurate bills of materials as part of the design package to streamline manufacturing and assembly processes.
- Revision and refinement of designs based on team feedback to enhance functionality and manufacturability.
- Engagement in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize design workflows and procedures.
Minimum Position Qualifications: - At least one year of hands-on experience in 3D SolidWorks design, specifically with sanitary piping systems for the biotechnology, food, or pharmaceutical industries.
- A bachelor's degree in Engineering, or equivalent additional experience in 3D SolidWorks design.
- U.S. citizenship or permanent residency (Green Card holder).
- A stable work history demonstrating reliability and commitment to previous roles.
- Ability to work on-site in Whitewater, Wisconsin; residence within 45 minutes of the workplace is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications: - Experience or willingness to learn electrical controls and fluid mechanics to enhance multidisciplinary design capabilities.
- Prior involvement in a manufacturing environment where custom products are produced.
- Proactive approach to tackling challenges with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
