Job Description:

We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Acute Care team on a PRN basis in Greenfield, IN. This role is ideal for an LPN who thrives in a fast-paced clinical environment and is passionate about providing high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols of the healthcare organization.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
• Monitor patients' vital signs and report changes in condition to the RN or provider.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure effective patient care delivery.
• Document all patient care accurately and in a timely manner.
• Assist in developing and implementing individualized care plans.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment for patients and staff.

Required Qualifications:

• Current LPN license in the state of Indiana.
• Minimum of 1 year experience.
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Flexibility to work overnight 12-hour shifts as needed.
