About the Role: We're looking for a creative and motivated
LMS Administrator & eLearning Developer to help us grow
InsurAcademy our online school built to train the next generation of insurance professionals. Youll manage 100+ SCORM files in our Blue Sky Learning Management System (LMS) and collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to create engaging, innovative digital learning experiences using tools like
Articulate 360 ,
Synthesia , and
Vyond , all while ensuring content meets educational requirements.

What Youll Do: - Provide LMS administration including course setup, user management, and reporting.
- Serve as a technical expert for troubleshooting and support.
- Onboard members and clients into our Agent Development Program
- Design and develop innovative eLearning solutions in alignment with InsurAcademy's strategic goals .
- Collaborate with internal teams, instructors, and partners to roll out curriculum in our LMS ( Blue Sky ).
- Ensure training materials are consistent, engaging, and on-brand.
What Qualifications You Bring: - 35 years of LMS Administration experience, especially with course setup and user/report management
- Light/Support-Level HTML (for formatting & content updates)
- 35 years of eLearning development experience
- Expertise in designing interactive, multimedia-rich online learning (videos, animations, quizzes, simulations)
- Proficiency in Articulate Storyline 360 with advanced features
- Strong customer service , project management and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with a team in a fast-paced environment
- A passion for innovation , learning, and making a difference
Bonus Points For: - Experience with Blue Sky Learning Management System
- Intermediate/Customization -Level HTML (for branded design & structure)
- Background in the insurance industry or insurance education
- Experience developing certification programs
Location: Must be able to work from our
Cary, NC office
at least two days a week after training.
