Responsibilities
Provide professional hair cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments
Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend services
Stay up to date on current hair trends, techniques, and products
Maintain a clean and organized workstation and adhere to salon sanitation standards
Build and retain a strong client base through excellent customer service
Upsell salon services and retail products to enhance client experience
Qualifications
Valid [State] Cosmetology License required
1+ years of salon experience preferred (new graduates welcome)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Passion for the beauty industry and continuous learning
Reliable, punctual, and a team player
