Overview

Infosys is seeking a Java Production Support Lead with Telecom domain. The Infosys Engineering unit focuses on delivering product-centric value through innovative engineering solutions, data-first engineering, and value-stream management for real-time visibility. Area Of Responsibility

• Develop project timelines, proactively identify and address resource discrepancies, to ensure timely project completion
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and clients, facilitating smooth communication through regular meetings and milestone reviews
• Support the technical team in following SDLC processes, ensuring all deliverables align with client requirements and specifications
• Monitor project deliverables across all phases, to meet established quality benchmarks and stakeholder expectations
• Contribute to the creation of project budgets that align with the scope, strategy, and key deliverables
• Identify scope alterations and new client requests, support in effort estimation, obtaining necessary approvals and securing client sign-offs

Required Skills

• Java Full Stack development experience
• OSS domain experience
• Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education

Preferred Skills

• Expertise in Microservices, Kafka and ReactJS
• Experience in Spring boot and React JS

The candidate must be located within commuting distance of Raleigh, NC or willing to relocate to the area.
