We're seeking an experienced Irrigation Manager to join our team at Live Oak Landscape Contractors, we specialize in irrigation and sprinkler systems for condos, commercial properties, and HOAs in New Jersey. Key Responsibilities Design, install, and maintain irrigation systems for large-scale commercial properties. Manage and schedule irrigation crews efficiently. Troubleshoot complex irrigation issues, particularly with 2-wire systems and smart irrigation controllers. Conduct water audits and implement water conservation strategies. Communicate effectively with clients, property managers, and team members. Prepare and present irrigation proposals and reports. Oversee seasonal system adjustments and compliance with local watering restrictions. Required Skills And Qualifications Proven experience in commercial irrigation management, particularly with 2-wire systems. Proficiency in programming and managing smart irrigation controllers. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities. Effective communication skills for client interactions and proposal writing. Valid driver's license and ability to travel between sites. A Valid NJ Irrigation Contractors License is not a requirement. Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of CAD software for irrigation system design. Familiarity with local NJ landscaping and irrigation regulations.
