As an Investment Consultant (IC) at Schwab, you have the opportunity to learn and grow within our Branch Network at the ground floor. The IC role provides exposure and experience necessary to advance towards becoming a Financial Consultant (FC). You’ll learn to build a book of business through proactive outbound calls, needs-based analysis, and product positioning. You’ll observe skilled FCs and learn how to deliver value and service through collaboration and mentoring. What you have Required Qualifications A valid and active Series 7 license (may be obtained through Branch Network Licensing Program) A valid and active Series 66 (63/65) license (may be obtained under employment conditions) A valid and active Life and Health Insurance license (may be obtained under employment conditions) Preferred Qualifications 2 years of experience in the financial services industry Ability to leverage business development experience Passion for learning brokerage/banking products and services Openness to building strong client relationships In addition to the salary range, this role is eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.
