INVENTORY COUNTER

Hensley Beverage Company is a multi-generational, family-owned, local Arizona beverage wholesaler that distributes a wide portfolio of beverages, including Anheuser-Busch InBev (ABI) beers, top-selling local and regional craft beers, premium non-alcohol beverages, and an extensive assortment of award-winning fine wines and spirits. Position Summary:

The Inventory Counter position is responsible for executing daily audits of warehouse pre-built pallets, supplier received product, shipping delivery routes, returning delivery routes, warehouse back stock and any locations in and outside the CEW warehouse. As part of the Inventory Control team, this position works closely with both the Inventory Specialist and warehouse leadership executing counts and identifying possible sources of variance.

Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:

• Maintain our culture of "Safety First"
• Accurately input counts into a handheld RF unit and validates item information following specific instructions.
• Problem-solve issues to uncover underlying issues within the warehouse operation that drive variances.
• In addition to executing pre-defined counts, the inventory counter will also audit pallets prior to them being shipped to the customer for sale.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to clearly convey information.
• Employees will be required to operate powered industrial equipment including Stock-picker, Scissor lift, and Forklift.

• Good communication skills and cheerful disposition
• Excellent customer service
• Must be able to work well with others
• Ability to interact with diverse personalities
• Ability to read code dates proficiently
• Frequently required to lift and/or move up to fifty (50) pounds
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must have good attendance
• Previous beverage industry/warehouse experience helpful, but not necessary
