Primary Responsibilities Perform residential service calls, including diagnosing and repairing HVAC systems within the Union, Knox, and surrounding counties' service area. Execute and oversee system change-outs and new construction installations. Deliver exceptional customer service and foster strong client relationships. Must have a strong work ethic, discipline, and be able to work independently. Detail-oriented, skilled in quoting and designing job layouts accurately within company parameters. Job Requirements & Qualifications Minimum 2-3 years of professional residential HVAC experience required. Veterans preferred but not required—experience requirements may be waived for qualified veterans. Does not have to reside within Maynardville. Union or Knox County is preferred. Required: Current EPA Certification. Must possess a valid Driver's License. Able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening. Mechanical aptitude and ability to work in unconditioned environments. Ability to lift 50 lbs independently. "Self-starter" attitude with excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills. Goal-oriented and capable of working with minimal supervision. Install HVAC systems in accordance with project specifications and industry standards. Troubleshoot equipment and systems to identify and resolve issues. Conduct inspections and tests to ensure proper functionality and efficiency. Interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Lay out, assemble, and install all aspects of commercial/industrial HVAC installations, including ductwork, setting up split/package systems, gas piping, venting, and electrical. Communicate the job requirements and customer expectations to installers through verbal communication, pictures, drawings, and written forms.
