Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an HVAC Installer/Install Tech, located in Yakima, WA. The HVAC Install Tech will be responsible for installing residential and commercial equipment. Daily tasks include having a positive attitude and friendly demeanor towards the customers while performing quality work, and ensuring all installations meet safety and compliance standards. The role requires working closely with customers to provide excellent service and ensuring timely completion of projects. Our HVAC Install Tech will also handle additional duties as needed to support the overall operations of the business. Competitive wages, bonuses, paid vacation, and retirement options. Qualifications Having a good attitude and easy to get along with is a must Valid 06A journeyman card or valid Electrical trainee card Basic Electricity skills related to HVAC systems Strong communication and customer service skills, both written and verbal Ability to work independently and as part of a team High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in HVAC or a related field is a plus, but not mandatory Physically able to perform the tasks required in HVAC installation and maintenance Valid driver's license and good driving record
