Working collaboratively with the Human Resources Business Partner, this position is essential in driving positive Employee Relations strategies. They are responsible for leading through employee relations matters including employee complaints, investigations, conflict, and performance management, and for making recommendations on solutions. They also develop proactive approaches to mitigate challenges and educate managers on their people leadership skills. This is a great opportunity for an HR professional passionate about employee relations and looking to leverage their skills within a growing organization.
