HR Temp - File Digitization & Office Support

Location: Irvine, CA
Pay: $24/hour
Duration: Approximately 4 months

Are you highly organized, independent, and detail-oriented? Our client is looking for a Temporary HR Assistant to support a key digitization project and assist with general HR and office duties. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both Human Resources and Accounting functions while making a meaningful impact on internal operations.

What You'll Do:

Project-Based File Digitization (HR & Accounting)

• 
  Organize, prepare, and scan physical documents for digitization.
• 
  Label and upload files into internal systems using standard protocols.
• 
  Review scanned files for accuracy and clarity.
• 
  Identify missing documents and assist with remediation.
• 
  Track and report progress toward project milestones.

HR Administrative Support

• 
  Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, document prep, and form processing.
• 
  Maintain strict confidentiality with sensitive employee records.
• 
  Assist the HR team with day-to-day support tasks.

Office Support - Refreshment Center

• 
  Monitor and restock snacks, beverages, and supplies in the employee refreshment area.
• 
  Communicate with vendors or office management as needed.
• 
  Handle light facility-related requests within the HR space.

Who You Are:

• 
  Exceptionally organized and dependable
• 
  Comfortable working independently and meeting deadlines
• 
  Able to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
• 
  Previous experience in an administrative, HR, or office support role is a plus
  

Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs. With that said, as required by local law in geographies that require salary range disclosure, Vaco/Highspring notes the salary range for the role is noted in this job posting. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company's 401(k) retirement plan.
