As a Golf Course Mechanic, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the condition of our golf course equipment, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our members and guests.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance on golf course equipment and machinery, including mowers, tractors, and utility vehicles
• Conduct preventative maintenance to extend the lifespan of machinery and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues, providing efficient and effective solutions.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance tasks, repairs, and equipment inventory.
• Collaborate with the management team to ensure equipment readiness for daily operations.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical issues
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs
• Ensure all equipment is in safe and working condition
• Communicate with management regarding equipment needs and repairs

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience as a mechanic, preferably in a golf course or outdoor equipment setting.
• Knowledge of mechanical systems and components
• Strong understanding of small engine repair, hydraulics, and electrical systems.
• Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical issues
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
