Floral Studio Assistant / Florist

Temporary for the Holidays with Opportunity to Grow Full-Time

4-Day Workweek- 35-40 hour Weeks

📍 Davie, FL

We’re looking for an extra set of hands—and a good creative spirit—to join our floral design studio in Davie during the holiday season. This is a temporary position with the opportunity to become full-time , as our business continues to grow .

We are a high-paced, high-volume retail and event flower shop , where teamwork, efficiency, and creativity come together every day. The days are busy, the work is hands-on, and the flowers are always moving.

✨ Yes, we work 4-day weeks. Full days, strong teamwork, and time to recharge.

💰 Pay is based on experience and skill level. Entry-level candidates and experienced florists will be considered at different rates.

We are open to:

• Entry-level candidates who love flowers and want to learn floral design hands-on
• Experienced florists who can step in immediately and work as part of our design team

What you’ll do:

• Assist with daily floral production and holiday prep
• Prep flowers, containers, and materials
• Support both retail and event floral work
• Keep the studio clean, organized, and flowing smoothly
• Jump in wherever needed in a fast-moving environment

For experienced florists:

You will immediately work as a designer, creating arrangements and supporting both retail and event production.
