Responsibilities
- Perform business valuation due diligence including company operations and financial analyses, industry and economic research, and selection of valuation methodologies
- Develop projected future cash flow models employing complex valuation models
Qualifications
We are hiring highly motivated, successful professionals to help us grow, thrive and share in our success. Candidates must have BA/BS and have 2-4 years’ experience preferably in business valuation, litigation support, and/or corporate finance. We will also consider recent graduates with a business degree. Excellent writing skills and proficient computer knowledge are required.
