We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Database Operations Coordinator to support our team through a system transition and ongoing data management initiatives. This role will focus on maintaining and organizing customer data, supporting multiple projects simultaneously, and assisting with administrative and CRM-related tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the transition and management of company databases, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
- Maintain and update customer lists and related records.
- Assist with administrative and project coordination tasks as assigned.
- Collaborate across departments to support teams located on the West Coast and internationally; flexibility with time zones is required.
- Handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with professionalism and attention to detail.
- Provide support for CRM tools and processes (experience with Salesforce or similar systems preferred).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Prior database management or data analysis experience (internship experience acceptable).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with administrative support and CRM systems (Salesforce or similar).
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.
- Professional demeanor and strong problem-solving skills.
Additional Details:
- This is a contract position expected to run through the new year in 2026, with potential for extension based on performance and business needs.
- Candidates must be comfortable adapting their schedules periodically to align with West Coast and international time zones.
