Job Title:
Senior Construction Recruiter (100% Remote – Contract, Full-Time)Location: Remote (Work From Home)

Compensation:
Monthly Salary + performance bonuses (paid retained model – NOT contingency)
The Role
We are a high-velocity RETAINED construction recruiting firm

We need two seasoned recruiters to source and deliver strong candidates for elite clients in seven major U.S. metros: Project Managers, Superintendents, HSE, Estimators, and Schedulers.

You will:

  • Hunt top passive talent using advanced your knowledge of sourcing.
  • Engage gainfully empoloyed (mostly) construction candidate who work for our client's competitors.
  • Compel with great offers that include outrageous stock packages.
  • Deliver consistent, polished candidate data sheets + résumés (your writing must be client-ready)

You Are

  • 5+ years permanent or retained recruiting.
  • Subject-matter knowledge of commercial/industrial construction is NOT required — but a HUGE plus
  • Disciplined, articulate, process-driven
  • Stable and reliable home setup, with state-of-the-art tech and software, reliable wifi, etc.
  • PST hours, Mon–Fri (core overlap 9 AM – 3 PM PST)
  • A pro who hates contingency chaos and thrives on paid, predictable wins
