• 3+ years’ experience in Competitive Intelligence (preferred), or other Insights role such as Market Research, Search & Evaluation, Business Development
• Advanced degree (preferred)
• Excellent communication skills (written and oral), proven ability to communicate complex information to diverse audiences
• Ability to synthesize large amounts of disparate data into digestible takeaways and insights
• Experience working at a pharma company or for a consulting company with pharma clients
• Bachelor’s degree required (life science or related degree is a plus). MBA or related graduate degree is preferred. (Masters or PhD in life science discipline is a plus).
• Requires experience of 3 to 5 years in the pharma/biotech industry in a commercial or clinical role; and/or management consulting experience, and competitive intelligence
• Ability to interact effectively with/present to (verbally and in writing) all levels of the organization, from Product Managers to Senior Executives.
