Position Summary We are seeking temporary employees to coordinate product label development, translation verification, and system documentation. This role requires strong attention to detail, good organizational skills, and effective communication across internal teams and external partners. This position does not require prior product marketing experience—only a strong command of both written and spoken Chinese and English and attention to detail. Temporary position estimated 3‑6 months. Essential Functions / Key Responsibilities Consolidate food label content and product descriptions from multiple sources. Coordinate with external designers to support label layout and artwork development. Assist with internal system data entry for product and code applications. Review and verify translations for accuracy, grammar, and consistency. Collaborate with Marketing and cross‑functional teams to ensure label information meets company standards and regulatory requirements. Maintain confidentiality of product and brand information. Perform other translation or documentation‑related tasks as assigned. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills in English. Fluency in verbal and written Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) is required. Ability to communicate clearly, accurately and with impact. Strong ability to ensure accuracy and consistency in translation. Basic proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and email communication tools. Reliable, organized, and able to meet deadlines. Familiarity with food products, packaging, or labeling terminology preferred. Previous experience in translation or bilingual administrative support preferred.
