Job Opportunity: Commercial Assistant Property Manager Hours: MondayFriday | 9:00 AM5:30 PM Salary: $70,000$90,000 annually (based on experience) Are you an organized, detail-oriented individual with a passion for property management? We are seeking a dedicated Commercial Assistant Property Manager to join our team. This is an onsite position where you will play a key role in managing a diverse portfolio, including multifamily properties, industrial flex spaces, storage units, and hotel guest management. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the day-to-day operations of multifamily properties, industrial flex spaces, storage units, and hotel guest management and reservations. Handle tenant and guest relations, including addressing concerns, processing work orders, and ensuring tenant and guest satisfaction. Oversee property maintenance and cleaning crews, ensuring that all units and facilities are in excellent condition. Support the Property Manager with leasing, rent collection, and financial reporting. Coordinate with vendors and contractors to schedule repairs, renovations, and regular maintenance. Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations. Manage tenant and guest move-ins and move-outs, including walkthroughs and documentation. Qualifications: Previous experience in property management or a related field is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in Yardi property management software is a plus. Must be able to work the specified hours: Monday-Friday 9am-5:30pm Additional Requirements: All candidates must pass a background check, drug testing, and previous employment verification.
