Position Type: Full-Time (40 hours per week)
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Compensation: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour

In a dynamic role under the general supervision of the Property Manager, the Assistant Property Manager will contribute to the management, upkeep, and operational excellence of our expanding portfolio of commercial properties. This role encompasses a wide range of administrative duties aimed at ensuring efficient property management, leasing activities, and operational support.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Qualifications:
A minimum of 3 years of administrative experience or experience in a related field.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong multitasking ability.
Typing speed of 45 words per minute.
