Pollo Regio is seeking an experienced Asset Protection Associate in our Grand Prairie, TX corporate office. As an Asset Protection Associate, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategies and protocols that mitigate risks and maintain a secure environment. The ideal Asset Protection Associate takes ownership and initiative, is skilled in time management, and can maintain confidentiality and high ethical standards. Responsibilities:

  • Assist in and begin the conduction of theft investigations at corporate office and restaurant locations while strictly adhering to policy and procedures.
  • Work with the Asset Protection Leadership to ensure security and safety.
  • Assists in the monitoring of access to all facility employee entrances, ensures that only authorized individuals enter.
  • Completes all daily reports assigned by manager.
  • Submit appropriate documentation for all incidents.
  • Partner with the Asset Protection Manager and Executive team to assist employees with safety incidents and participate in the store Emergency Response team, when necessary.
  • Perform other duties based on business needs in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prevent theft by gathering intelligence and communicating important issues.
  • Appropriately use video systems to monitor theft activity and support internal cases.
  • Actively identify and investigate any suspicious activities or behaviors and report findings to management.

Requirements

  • 2 – 4 years of proven experience in asset protection, security management, or a related role.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and observational skills.
  • Proficient in using basic computer applications and software (Outlook, Word, Teams, Etc.)
  • Familiarity with Hikvision, Ring, and Geovision systems.
  • Strong ethics and integrity, with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, and move around the premises for extended periods.
